Hunt Cancellation Policy Our policy with regards to a hunt cancellation is as follows: If a hunt is cancelled and we have adequate time to re-sell said hunt we will refund the deposit in full. We will make every effort to re-sell the hunt. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of deposit. |
Liability Waiver Our liability waiver is included in our hunt contract and must be signed by the client before his/her hunt takes place. |
Guides We pride ourselves on having some of the most professional, hard working and conscientious BC hunting guides in the business. With an average of 10 years guiding experience, all of our guides are local residents with first hand knowledge of our area. Our high percentage of repeat clientele each year can be directly attributed to the dedication and commitment of our guides. |

Trophy Preparation Black Bear, Cougar & Wolf - Once an animal has been harvested the hide will be field prepped, bagged and frozen. Because these hunts are a short duration of 5 to 7 days, fleshing and salting is not applicable. All that is required for transportation of the hide through customs is a US Fish & Wildlife form, a guide declaration form, both of which we will provide, and the hunters valid non-resident hunting license and species tag. If the client does not wish to transport the hide with him/her we can arrange for shipping to their home address or to a taxidermist of their choosing at an additional expense. Grizzly, Roosevelt Elk, & Mountain Goat - If time permits these hides will be fleshed and salted prior to transport. |
