Salmon River Lodge

The Salmon River Lodge is situated in about 400 acres of fields and forested property on the bank of the Salmon River, about 1/2 mile from the estuary in Sayward BC. The rustic Lodge, has many amenities including a deck with hot tub, comfortable rooms and large living room with stone fireplace, mounts and plenty of photographs.
MV Island Spirit
Grizzly hunts, Black Bear boat hunts & Wildlife Viewing
The
MV Island Spirit is captained by Mr. Marvin Maki, a life long
resident of Sointula, British Columbia. He has been running the
58 foot vessel, Island Spirit, for 25 years. At the time of his
first trip up Knight Inlet he was 8 years old and now, 39 years
later, he is still navigating the waters of Knight Inlet for pleasure,
guiding, and personal hunting trips.
Marvin has been a guide,
and his vessel has been used as a base camp for Trophy West Guide
Outfitters for the past 14 years. The MV Island Spirit has been
beautifully refitted and now includes a large lounge area, kitchen
/ dining area, state rooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements
for 10 persons, 2 bathrooms with showers, laundry facilities and
a large outer deck.
Klinaklini River Camp
Grizzly hunts & Wildlife Viewing
Located in the Klinaklini River valley at the head of Knight
Inlet this cabin is where we base some of our grizzly hunts as
well as our wilderness safaris and grizzly bear viewing. This
cabin can comfortably accommodate 6 people and has all the modern
amenities of home. Because of the location of this small but cozy
cabin, our grizzly hunt on the Klinaklini River and it's tributaries
has the reputation of being one of the easier and more comfortable
grizzly hunts in North America.
